International residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) designer to work in Revit on the engineering systems for international projects. BIM modeling, coordination with architects, and real-world large-scale projects.

Salary: $950–$1,150 (the final rate is determined based on the results of the interview and an assessment of your experience, and remains fixed once the offer is accepted).

We are inviting a HVAC designer to join our Revit team to work on water supply and sewerage systems for international projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing design solutions for water supply and sewerage systems in Autodesk Revit: from concept to working drawings.
• Creating and maintaining BIM models of engineering systems.
• Coordination with architectural and related engineering departments.
• Preparation of drawings, diagrams, and specifications as part of project documentation.

Our expectations:

• At least 2 years of experience as a plumbing and drainage designer.
• Solid practical experience working in Autodesk Revit.
• Understanding of the principles of designing water supply and sewerage systems.
• Willingness to work according to the client’s technical requirements (we will explain the specifics of the standards during the course of the work).

Working conditions:

• Format: fully remote work.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (your choice).
• Compensation: stable fixed rate, paid on time.
