Revit Modeler (Scan-to-BIM)
We are looking for a Revit Modeler to join our team and work on international Scan-to-BIM projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Create BIM models in Autodesk Revit using point cloud data (RCP/RCS).
- Model architectural elements according to the geometry captured in laser scans.
- Accurately recreate the existing conditions of buildings (As-Built).
- Use panoramic images (LGS) to verify and refine details that cannot be identified from the point cloud alone.
- Maintain well-organized, clean, and structured Revit models.
- Follow BIM standards, company guidelines, and project requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with Autodesk Revit.
- Experience working with point clouds (RCP/RCS) or participation in Scan-to-BIM projects.
- Good understanding of architectural and building construction principles.
- Ability to interpret laser scanning data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Autodesk ReCap.
- Experience working on As-Built, renovation, or restoration projects.
- Understanding of Scan-to-BIM workflows and experience handling large point cloud datasets.
