The most valuable thing → Thinking.

Making decisions. Noticing what does not fit the standard scenario. Asking the client the right questions. Comparing options. Seeing the entire project, not just one operation. Checking the result. Taking responsibility.

And this is where the paradox appears: the more routine we can automate, the more important strong engineering knowledge becomes.

Using AI without expertise simply means getting answers faster when you cannot assess whether they are correct.

Using AI with expertise is a completely different story.

It becomes a tool that strengthens the professional.
